About Us

1950

Mr. Chanes Janjarasskul started his career as a film maker. Under the company named “Pramuan Chang”, Mr. Chanes and his children started making movies by shooting and developing 16mm film

1970

Siam Film Development Co.,Ltd was established. We became the first film lab in Thailand to develop 35mm color film. A few years later we offered the complete film production including negative and positive processing, film printing, optical effects services and sound production

1984

SFD was the first in Thailand who offered DI (Digital Intermediate) services for visual effects scenes of Thai features
2004 SFD launched a complete Digital Post Production including a full Digital Intermediate and HD services, CGI, and Dolby-standard Digital Sound production.
2010 With 40 years of expertise and still moving forward. We are now offering a new service, which is Digital Cinema Mastering
